How quickly will I see results?

That is entirely dependant on you! Treat your Pilates as a learning practice about your body.  If you take on all the information that you receive and perform regular practice then you will start to notice the changes straight away. It may show itself in that you have more energy, a spring in your step, or you can suddenly touch your toes!

However it manifests, we guarantee you will feel better, and that overtime you will be delighted and hooked on Pilates!

I am pregnant, can I attend Pilates?

When you are Pregnant you are advised not to join the regular program of classes.  Instead please choose from the following.

Pregnancy Class - Saturday 11.30am
Privates Sessions - By Appointment
Studio Session - see timetable, that way you can work on your own program.

Ideally you would have attended Pilates prior to conception. If you have attended Pilates prior to conception then it is generally safe for you to continue practicing Pilates even in your first trimester, being aware to monitor your exertion if you are feeling very tired or are suffering from nausea.

If you have not done Pilates prior to conception then it is best to wait until you are 13 weeks before attending class.
