Pilates is the perfect exercise to gently and efficiently get back for your form, tone and strength.
Exercises concentrate on deep pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, as well as regaining leg strength, and releasing shoulder girdle tension often associated with feeding and carrying. Baby must be at least eight weeks before coming to this class. Apologies but studio is not terribly pram friendly. Please ask for help to carry in strollers.

And being able to bring my baby with me makes it really easy and stress-free. I recommend this class to any new mums wanting to get their bodies back."
